- Encounter stage: This stage involves the point of entry of the individual into the organisation. It involves knowing what the job requires, this can be achieved through orientation programmes.
- Metamorphosis stage: This stage is the last stage of the socialization process. It involves the individual adjusting to the various norms of the organisation.
