The problem with these sentences is a confusion between subject and object pronouns. Subject pronouns (I, you, he, she, it, we, they) are used when the pronoun is the subject of the sentence, or the one performing the action described by the verb. Object pronouns (me, you, him, her, it, us, them), on the other hand, are the ones that are the object of the sentence, or the ones receiving the action of the verb. Because they receive the action, they tend to be placed after the verb.

Team 1 - x
Team 2 - y
Team 3 - z
x = y - 10
x + y + z = 65
(y-10) + y + (0.3(x+y)) = 65
(y-10) + y + (0.3((y-10)+y)) = 65
y=30 which is Team 2's books
x = y - 10
x=10 which is Team 1's books
z = 0.3(x+y)
z = 0.3(20+10)
